Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to Dallas area and delivery fee is added to cost of arrangement. We offer a standard in-city delivery fee of $15 per order.
Do you do offer pick up?
If you are interested in picking up your order as opposed to having it delivered, contact us at pointerspetals@gmail.com or (214) 641-0410 and we can discuss the possibility of this for your order.
Do you teach classes?
Yes, we offer live classes and workshops. Follow this link to learn about upcoming classes.
How long should my arrangement last?
Flowers are, of course, living. By adding fresh water, you will encourage longevity for your arrangement. We hope your arrangement provides life to any room for 3-5 days. If flowers die within 24 hours, we will replace per policy.
How do I keep my arrangement alive longer?
We recommend adding fresh water daily, and for best results, change out the water and clean the vessel every 3-5 days, if you feel comfortable!
Is flower food necessary?
It can't hurt! But, read the label, the amount of flower food to water ratio is important to follow.
How do I keep my orchid alive?
Add 2-3 ice cubes per orchid once per week. We do every Sunday!
If I don't know where they will place this arrangement, how do I decide colors?
Leave it to us, choose the Pointer’s Perspective and notate this in the note section.
I am hosting an event. Can you help?
Yes, please reach out through our event page and we will coordinate an in person or by telephone meeting for further discussion.
